I'm offering up this space to anyone who wants to post results to the Yankee Homecoming events, pedicab races, etc.
BTW, I'm glad the Daily News ran this article today. We can argue for hours about the value of Yankee Homecoming, but whether you enjoy it or not there's a mess of people who give up a good deal of time to put this thing together.
They should be commended.

In an OP ED piece in today's Globe the author tries to promote Gloucester and says the Aquarium satellite should go there - not to Newburyport.
She also dings us for being too much like Nantucket and Newport! Maybe John or James or Ann Ormond....might write a Globe OP ED touting Newburyport , not as rebuttal as much as using the opening to gen some buzz. They have a new seaweed fertilizer plant and a new vodka distillery. We have good schools now all the way up to the Lyceum, new Y, renewed Customs House, wind ordinances, side walk seating, and most importantly we already have maritime industries at work in the Industrial Green.
