Name the Restaurant

Two interesting restaurant postings on Craig's List.

One.

Two.

Rosie's might be one?

Rosie's is one, for sure. The second one...I'm not sure. The space to the left of Flukes & Finds?

They are both restaurants, so it's not a space. Has to be Bottega Toscana or Aquatini. Those are my guesses.

Just got off the phone with a friend in the know of both establishments. One is is Rosies and the other is the Rockfish.

Hi,

#1 is Rosies. There's already been at least one former rest owner in town that has looked at it.

#2 is Bottegga. i've heard they are getting out and the space descript looks right.

I thought Rosie's had two bathrooms, not one; and had way less than 170 seats, no?

Based on Ad 1:
4000 sq ft
170 seats
2 bathrooms
full liq license
asking $50k

I'm guessing Not Your Average Joe's which I heard has suffered poor sales in recent months, though am surprised by the asking price. Or Starboard Galley? Do they have a basement?

Based on Ad 2:
1500 sq ft on state st
45 seats
1 bathroom
no liq license mentioned
asking $297k

Not sure about Rosie's fitting the bill, but who else on State Street? It has to be somewhere with an existing kitchen and the place next to Flukes doesn't match.

Mark Miller, the 'broker' of #1, is the former owner of the Blue Water...very nice guy.

Ed note: I sat on these comments for a while. Apologies to those who posted.

There's clearly some speculation on what the second restaurant might be although two folks profess to know the truth.
