Any semi- to low-competitive softball team looking for a no-hit, no-glove slowfooted first-baseman type? I can also misplay balls in the outfield if needed.

Hey, I'm up for it! I've even got a glove ... used to play in a softball league. Of course, I was so much younger then (I'm older than that now). That doesn't even make sense.
How about a bloggers vs. local elected officials? Would that be a violation of open meeting law?
Only if you think a majority of the council has the stuff to take us on.
