I'm a huge fan of this program to help seniors clear their sidewalks.
Congrats to whoever is responsible. As I posted year or so ago, this is considerably more preferable than ticketing seniors who can't shovel their walk.

The city has long had a "look the other way" policy on shoveling. If people shovel at all, it's only from their doors straight to their cars or the street. Why can't people have the courtesy to shovel their entire sidewalks, as is required? I see children having to walk in the street on the way to school. God forbid someone get hit by a car.
Amen. My daddy raised me as a sidewalk clearer too.
