Not too shabby

  Work continues on the city-side with sidewalk estimates, bids and needs assessments.  These are being assessed by the Mayor’s office and DPS, with input from Councillors.  So far this year the local option meal tax has garnered Newburyport just over $104,000.00.  One half is devoted to existing residential sidewalk repair or about $52K.  

Not a bad piece of change for sidewalks.
