Most excellent.It takes 3 minutes to walk from the NRA east lot to mid State Street. I know: I timed it.That is approximately the same distance as from Titcomb Street. Things are closer than they may seem here in our city. And that is a beautiful thing.
A great concept. Last I heard the city of Raleigh pulled down the signs, and the whole idea is now being mangled by the wheels of bureaucracy....
